I coach the version
of me from 10 years ago.

I've spent over a decade in the trenches. I competed in powerlifting, stepped on stage in bodybuilding, and ran marathons. I know what it feels like to be strong, to be lean, and to have real endurance. And I know the frustration of each one coming at the cost of the other.

Powerlifting built my strength but took 2+ hours a session. Bodybuilding built my physique but became all-consuming. My worth was tied to how I looked, and that's not a healthy place to live. Then I started running and something clicked. I didn't have to choose. Aesthetic and athletic. That realisation changed everything.

But the reason I coach goes deeper than programming. Growing up, I struggled with confidence and carried anxiety I didn't know how to deal with. Training didn't just build my body. It built the version of me I always wanted to be.

Every person I work with, my goal is to be the person I needed 10 years ago. Someone to point them in the right direction, help them overcome obstacles in training, and use fitness as a vehicle to improve themselves as a person. To become the best version of who they are capable of being.

Common questions

Do I need to be doing cardio already? +
Not at all. Most clients start as dedicated lifters who've avoided cardio entirely. That's exactly who this is built for. Conditioning is introduced progressively so it works with your lifting, never against it.
Will cardio kill my gains? +
This is the number one fear, and the number one myth. When cardio is programmed correctly alongside your strength work, it improves recovery, increases work capacity, and can accelerate muscle development. The key is intelligent programming. That's what you're here for.
Is this online, in-person, or both? +
Both. Clients are coached locally and remotely. The program, check-ins, and level of attention are the same regardless of where you're based.
How long before I see results? +
Most clients notice improved conditioning and performance within 3-4 weeks. Visible physique changes follow at 8-12 weeks depending on your starting point and consistency. This isn't a 6-week shred. It's a sustainable transformation built to last.
How many spots are available? +

What if I have no cardio base at all? +
